Rice with vegetables

One of my favourite flavour!

  • Mushroom (400gr)
  • One read pepper
  • One green pepper
  • One yellow pepper
  • Two onios
  • One cups of rice
  • Two cups of weater
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Put in a pan all the vegetables chopped in small pieces with oil and cook until goes brown. Put in a roasting pan the rice with hot weater and add the vegetables, the stock and the soy sauce.Stir all the ingredients and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Delicious!

  1. Note added by a meat lover: chop and fry (oooh, sorry, I meant to say' roast') some chicken and add it to the top!!! Aliki, why are you shouting now? YOU said that I should combine proteins with carbohydrates! I insist on having some chicken then (and spoiling your recipe, haha!)
