One of my favourite flavour!
Ingredients:
- Mushroom (400gr)
- One read pepper
- One green pepper
- One yellow pepper
- Two onios
- One cups of rice
- Two cups of weater
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
Put in a pan all the vegetables chopped in small pieces with oil and cook until goes brown. Put in a roasting pan the rice with hot weater and add the vegetables, the stock and the soy sauce.Stir all the ingredients and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Delicious!
